Immigration: deportations
Child care: tariffs
Inflation: deportations and tariffs
Crime: deportations
Taxes: tax cuts funded by tariffs

Every policy revolves around punishing foreigners.

To Harris: Where is Kamala's very detailed policy papers? Unacceptable!
To Trump: Deportations and tariffs? Well, no need for further examination there! Certainly nothing to be concerned about. Good stuff.
And women. Don't forget women.
It suggests that if Harris can convincingly argue that these two policy levers won’t work (and Trump tried them before and they didn’t work), Trump doesn’t have a lot of good answers on a variety of topics.
That doesn’t make this easy though…
It’s most of the non-tech economy, and in tech we rely on H1B workers who are treated pretty badly!
This is lemonade-stand economics: If the cost of lemons goes up, the cost of lemonade goes up. And he's too stupid to know this.
(It’s a little like taxing cigarettes to fund education, then you actually need to encourage smoking to keep up the revenue stream.)
Of course, all this is 1000x more thought than Trump has applied.
Not all of his policies are about punishing others.
Some are about lining his and his rich cronies. Sometimes both simultaneously.
They punish the people who pay the tariffs: US consumers.
