Public transport gripes: 1) the growing number of ppl who never heard of earphones but must listen to music/watch videos at top volume on their phone; 2) the associates who sit four rows apart on opposite sides of the aisle and then carry on a conversation at the top of their voices.

talking full voice about some family issue on their phone next to you
forced to listen to music that makes me feel worse than I do
no manners
no consideration
That corpse smell along the downtown platform…
My most hated bit is stinky people, or open beer bottles before 9am - the smell on an empty stomach makes me queasy...
I resent that so deeply it's almost troubling. I am always tempted to show them, that *I* am in fact the main character.

(but yeah I agree with your gripes)
There have always been the garrulous overloud talkers - this *is* New York! - but I think the entire population has become so immersed in their phones, they are no longer aware of there’s boundary.
(Says he, typing on his phone as he exercises.)
They stopped though.
Flipsake.
people who, at the same time, SHOUT into their phone because the music is so loud; 3) people who do both at 1 o’clock in the morning😡
The problem isn't talking, its that most people talk about dull stuff.
