Great comment Mr. Jeffries. That said, adding the fact that Trump should not have been eligible to be on the ballot under any reasonable interpretation of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, would have been appropriate. Given the gymnastics necessary to enforce the 2nd the 14th should have been easy.
