Yes, this contains the songs from the EP, but apparently it never got released. I heard because Max's played it between sets. They were the best of the 70s NY ska movement, which was different from the UK ska scene and totally lost to history.

There was a great local ska-punk band- Distorted Penguins- 4 albums, worked hard, toured everywhere. Lead man Dave was shot and killed. The band was on the cusp of hugeness.
