This "program" & the way it's been presented is offensive to me as a fed employee. As a supervisor, I have been doing my best to keep my (talented and dedicated) staff from feeling utterly discouraged and demoralized by the disdain and vitriol directed toward us. We love our jobs and do them well!

In Canada, we have something called 'Wallace damages' which are a type of compensation that employees can receive in wrongful dismissal cases if their employer acted in bad faith or unfairly.
