That's awesome! Yeah covid kicked all of our asses. I used to weigh 460lbs. Got to 220... I'm at 280 πππ some of its muscle now but need to start cutting and keep at the gym. It's super hard tho. Glad you doing good on your weight loss journey.
Imagine carrying a 10 year old on your back, from the moment you wake up until the end of your day. Thatβs the degree to which your existence has changed. Congratulations!
You got this! I have a little more than your total to lose but find it so hard to get into it when itβs dark out and the biscuits call my name from the cupboard lol π . Hopefully this time next year Iβll have some massive changes to enjoy along with feeling a lot healthier π.
Congrats! I have the opposite problem, no matter how much I eat I can't gain any weight. I have never beaten my top weight of 125 a strong gust of wind literally pushes me off to the side, it is embarrassing, I've been told that this will eventually stop but so far it has not.
πππΉ Congrats! This is hard work. Don't worry about BMI, it's bullshit but Drs and Insurance still use it. As long as you stay out of the obese category, Drs hassle you less.
I've lost 50 lbs since 2020 and I have 15 to go before I meet your achievement!!! π¦
You go! Same here, and I'm down from 265 to 180; it was a 3.5 year battle, but I've actually re-invented myself, in order to keep this lifestyle. And it's working!
I gained a lot of weight when I went from a retail job to an office job...and injured myself. I'm hoping to start getting back down to a healthier weight.
Thank you! Iβve officially lost all my Covid weight, but Iβve decided Iβm going to keep going and work towards losing an additional 20lbs. That would put me back to my college weight when I was 20.

That's a substantial loss.
Good for you.
Great achievement!ππ―
Please keep up the good work! And please take care of yourself - our bodies need some levels of fat after all, and everyone is built differently.
I know that takes effort.
Done.
