my go-to in recent years is Hereditary, something about that house and the miniatures, plus Toni Collette's performance... it went from a film that really rattled me (still does) to one that is oddly cathartic
Also, the voice of Roger Rabbit is the creepy projectionist and he also happened to play the sleep doctor in the original Nightmare on Elm Street. Also several roles in BTTF trilogy etc.
