Even just setting a good passcode for your phone and computer & making sure you have "two factor authentication" turned on on your major accounts is HUGE.
That's not true. Every small step you take, like getting a password manager, switching most conversations to Signal instead of SMS, using a reputable VPN, etc makes a diff
