It's hard to pick a single favourite because so many of them have different things I adore them for, but I have to give shoutouts to mr Theron Shan of SWTOR (:
Definitely had me in his grasp from start to finish. So adorable, such a gentleman. Such a compelling character and story. And his compliments during battle once the romance is set. Just melting my heart <33

Arthur Nightengale from warframes 1999 update is currently my favorite! His personality is really endearing once he stops picking fights where there arent any, and he even cooks. He just has a reasonably hard time believing that some one would want him, hes loyal male wife energy.
Bruh’ I knew he was the one the moment he saw Kalymos going up willingly to Drifter for pets. You could see it - the instant his heart melted a little at the sight of a fellow animal lover.
Absolutely this magnificent lady. It was even before reading that Samantha Béart's reading was explicitly sapphic to combat the default male gaze in videogame romance, but that was the definitely icing on the cake.
Although to answer the question it's Leliana. I think she was probably my first video game romance (fairly sure I played DA:O before ME1), actually, which is why she's always my pick.
