Roy made so much beautiful music, Sunshine, Liquid Love, Painted Desert, fondest memories were of listening to Third Eye - one of the most beautiful songs to drive to with the windows down in the summertime as the sun goes down. RIP legend.

RIP. I came to him through hip hop with a lot of his material being sampled by a lot of great hip hop artists. Not only was he great in his own right, but his work was in the foundation of hip hop.
