i hit my first main workout goal, getting an under 15:00 pace on the treadmill. my first workout was january 6 on the left, todays workout on the right

When it’s nicer outside where you’re at definitely find some fun routes and go nuts.
I do a lot of my workouts while watching stuff, but that usually comes out to like, 22 or 43 minutes, depending on the content i'm watching. Wondered if 65 minutes has any special significance
