Procurement needs to improve.
Improve procurement and strategy whilst increasing defence spending in line with the improvement or there'll be more waste.
We need a Windfall Tax on the UK Companies owned by Trump's tame 'Tech Bros' ... !
There are many other areas to look at that could be cut. Fossil Fuel subsidies for instance, raising taxes on the ultra rich etc
Russia defence spending is $109bn.
Two European countries combined already outspend Russia but the resultant capabilities are way less.
What is so wrong with our procurement to produce this result?
Why so little “bang for the buck”?
The cost £8 BILLION, will be paid by the poor abroad and at home.
And we must go further, with talks across the House to build that consensus for 3%.
Even disregarding a new tax, elimination of Non-Dom status and increased compliance checks on Tax returns of high worth individuals including tighter focus on tax avoidance schemes.
All will bear more fruit than punching down upon the sick, poor & disabled
