If the Judge takes umbrage at any of those ridiculous characterizations, they will use that as "evidence" on Fox News that the Judge is, in fact, biased. So any push back on the idea that Jack Smith is somehow "disgraced" is received by MAGA as proof the Judge has it in for Trump. It's a ploy.
