I also thought Instagram was going to be tough for me. I was a very active musician and producer until a couple of years ago and everything had to be public and I had to follow everyone. When I quit, I went private and got rid of 4000+ followers down to 230. Realised I don't need it at all now...!

The problem is that bluesky is a broadcast social network. Facebook is more of a peer to peer social network. These are very different things. And while both can be built on the AT protocol, they probably should not be the same app.
