I can't speak for others. As far as I'm concerned, personally, I think we stand to gain more by working together against more of Thatcher's ideology that seems to be cropping up.
I remember Alexei Sayle talking about how people used to be named after the job they did. Like, you were called Baker if you made bread, or Cooper if you made barrels, or Thatcher if you made people sick.

Whenever it is in my control, I try to make sure the spaces I inhabit or create are also safe spaces for the trans people I know.
