I guess it’s a way to try and make the patient more comfortable and willing to do the procedure. It’s not better for the doctor but lotta man are still too resistant to be touched but doctors to the point of letting their health deteriorate

All jokes aside, anyone with a prostate needs to get it checked regularly! Especially if you have any issues urinating. Let’s normalize talking about men getting regular penis,testicles, and prostate check ups. 🤓👩🏽⚕️🧑⚕️🩺🍆🍒🍎
The other half, which this seems targeted at, is denormalizing the kind of eye rolling "get over it" mentality that is the default response to anxiety surrounding such testing
When we share that we get Pap smears or breast exams to save our lives no one eye rolls, we need to give our empathy to those needing prostate exams as wells.
