How many people involved in making this saw the message and said "Yep, that is what we want!"...? Brainstormers, consultants, writers, actors, marketing, Noem and her staff, broadcasters... and not ONE of them said "Wait a moment..."

2/2 problem was that this city had the highest meth addiction rate in the state at the time. They learned this after the fact but at least someone told them it was a bad ad campaign idea wording wise.
