Both Thiel & Musk are originally foreigners. They worked together at PayPal. Both are in control of segments of the Tech industry.
While Thiel doesn't have a true connection to Putin, Musk does & they are working together to shape this administration to their benefit.

Same here. Nice to get variety instead of going thru a series of reposts all from one person. Another subject: I did find a setting to stop autoplay of videos. Was annoying having to stop them midway, especially when they were on mute. Now if only there was a setting to generally unmute.

I can answer some of that. In a nutshell, Russia is using North Korea, to bolster its war, using both North Korean soldiers, and bringing in North Korean artillery. Russia, is gaining territory on the eastern front, as was expected.

Ukraine, is meanwhile doing its best, and has been conducting strikes on various facilities and bases within Russia. The strikes have been rather limited, however. The EU, is now focusing on what to do when Trump, takes office, since it is widely believed he will pull support for Ukraine.

There has been talk about taking Russian money and assets in the US, and EU, and transferring that money to Ukraine, to help them with the war. The EU, has also said that no negotiations can happen without Ukraine, as they look to try and stop Trump, from negotiating with Putin, solely.

In terms of far-right claims about corruption in Ukraine, it is partly true. There have been issues with corruption, and mismanagement, and it’s been a long-standing issue with the Ukrainian military. However by and large the funding and aid is going where it’s needed.

As with anything, the reality is complicated, and nothing is black and white. For the US’ part, Biden is limited somewhat in what he can do now, especially as large new aid packages or agreements need congressional approval. There is a belief he should have done more when he had the chance.
