This is a really good book. It reminded me of sitting around the kitchen table with elder ladies sharing their experiences at the Native Village of Eyak.
That's beautiful π
I'm almost done Black Elk speaks. His 13 days of visions felt extremely relevant right now. It's one of the best books I've ever read..its definitely the saddest. But yet most beautiful π§‘
I loved Braiding Sweetgrass. It's one of the few books Iike to re-read. The only drawback is my youngest "borrowed" it and I had to buy another copy for me.
