The Teamsters will launch the largest strike against Amazon in U.S. history beginning at 6 a.m. EST on Thurs., Dec. 19. The nationwide action follows Amazon’s repeated refusal to follow the law and bargain with the thousands of Amazon workers who organized with the Teamsters.

The thing about industrial action is that it has to be thoughtful about where the actual pressure points are to be effective, and those pressure points aren’t the same across all businesses
Crossing the picket line is when scabs go and do the jobs of workers on strike
Boycotting is where you don't spend money at the business
If you want to help out, I'd recommend volunteering to help picket or ask picketting workers if there's anything they need (food?)
It can sometimes be better for an action if customer levels stay they same as this can apply more pressure to management
