I just want an intentional online community that's focused on health where people say things like "i did my physical therapy exercises today" or "i did my mental health walk" or "I've been great about my 5 a day and my doctor says my cholesterol is down" . Does that exist?

I like competitions and having nemeses but I don't want an eating disorder.

My BP was fantastically perfect (unmedicated) at my annual physical the other day.
Adding the little bit of rowing on the erg to the mountain biking has done wonders for my back.
I'll work on stretching hamstrings next.

And it did work and does my back hurt less. It does. How DARE it work.
My goals are similar- no marathons but I do want to regain the core strength I lost from having an emergency c-section. I just want to be kick ass again, not ass kicked. The 20s have not been kind to me.
The closest I have to that is the Finch app.
I do stuff like, "Stand up for 3 seconds" to give my bird rainbow stones.
It's a tamogatchi for self care.
