What's the German word for that feeling after you make a joke, your male colleague laughs, and then explains why it was funny to you. As if you didn't understand that you just made a joke. As if he doesn't believe you could be funny and must have made the joke accidentally.

I’m not a native German, just stationed there a long time ago.
Aghhhh. Plötzlich alt
They use it as an insult too.
If its more in the realm of "what a dipshit", our words of anger are very short and blunt unfortunately.
• Erklär – explain
• Witz – joke
• Schmerz – pain
• Verkleinerung – minimization
• Kompetenzzweifel – competence doubt
• Gefühl – feeling

The answer is, that there isn't an official German word for that. "Fremdschahm" or "fremdschähmen" (2nd hand embarrassment) would be a close hit, if you felt embarrassed on his behalf would. If it's more about annoyance or anger
Happy to help.
schadenfuckumansplainer
Did I get it right?
We're kind of...stupid...mostly...
He has a face in the need of a fist.
Arroganzling oder "ihro herrliche Impertinenz" would be near.
Erklärbär ist too cozy.
“Erklärhärr" it is.
It adds the extra bite of gendered condescension.
