Cops already fail to stop all but 2% of crime. Even the worst crimes mostly go unsolved unless they have a million witnesses, DNA, or clear video footage. The problem is that at any given time for certain demographics attracting a cop's attention is asking for sexual assault / death.

The funny thing is that historically this is true.
When 'criminals' outnumber cops, and when cops are stretched thin, police actively choose to ditch enforcement of law in favor of their own safety by avoiding engagement with the 'criminals'.
Most cops are too overworked and tired to fight folk now.

This is also exceptionally true due to police recruitment continuing to be at an all-time low, and turn-over being at an all-time high, and most cops working 16-22 hour shifts each day, while in the middle of multiple pandemics, during economic collapse, with declining benefits, etc etc.

Also make sure no one else's face or identifying marks are visible at any time. Basically, if a confrontation with police is actively happening then camera is on. Otherwise keep that shit off and away from your people.
