They're armed with alternative facts and alternative science.
The NPR article that I added explains the rationale.
The same general rule holds:
Before vaccines were available, nearly everyone was infected with measles, mumps, and rubella during childhood.
But the best way to be certain is to ask your provider to draw a blood test checking antibody titers for all 3 viruses.
There's no evidence for the need for repeat smallpox immunization.
All of us should receive a diphtheria booster with our tetanus shots every 10 years

That said...if you have a doc willing to test your titers, or if you feel like getting a booster anyway, GO FOR IT.
But receiving the rubeola (measles) vaccine was fine.
That's, as the article explains, because between '57 and '68 people received a "killed" vaccine which isn't as immunogenic as the attenuated vaccine which has been given since for measles.
Pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable.
As a general rule, if one has had an organ or hematopoietic stem cell (bone marrow) transplant, is severely immunosuppressed for any other reason, they shouldn't receive the modern attenuated measles vaccine without M.D. guidance
The same is true about the single dose measles between '68 and '89.
So that's a maybe also.
The chart works for US and UK.
It's possible you didn't know it.
But I have no argument with being meticulous.
I don't think it's millions.
Did you have titers performed before your recent MMR?
They're so out there on conspiracism that I like to mess with them by saying, "Pfft...you still believe in blood?"
"Everybody knows 'blood' is just something bigPharma invented to coerce us into thinking we need to be on their 'blood-pressure pills' and 'blood thinners', etc... have you ever noticed how many drugs are for so-called disorders involving "blood"?" lol
Aha!
