Funny, when it comes to corporations standing up against Trump's bigotry and discrimination, a company called Dick's has chosen not to act like one. Unlike so many . . .

That’s wonderful they’re promoting that in their stores!
I’d like to ask what everyone thinks about the report on Good Unite Us.
Do you think 1) it’s old data, or 2) they’re saying one thing while doing another?
We should have hate laws here. People will not learn untill they experience enough pain or lose things they care about. Racism should be treated as such
Ok now I 100% know where we’re buying my daughters’ track spikes this year.
Still not sure if I need new combat boots. Probably do. Lots of shins to kick.
Enjoyed going to Duck’s when living in Northern Illinois. Had to check if they’re here in TN. But if a drive, but there are at least 4 within 2-3 hrs of where I live.
Of course they were. But then they are just psychotically angry. Who else would intentionally destroy expensive appliances or coolers or sneakers they already paid good money for?
Meanwhile the left wing protests and boycotts I see consist of just not buying stuff from those brands, such as NOT buying several cases of beer just to shoot them.
My favorite waste purchase to show how angry one is was when people bought French wine then proceeded to act like they were reenacting the Boston Tea Party when they poor the wine down the city's sewer.
All because France didn't back W's plan to invade Iraq. This has been a thing for 20+ years
Overall, it’s a great message. Their stance on guns 💪 but… campaign contributions tell a different story. The insidious part is that diversity and equity are completely removed, it’s all about “inclusion.” That’s the new code word for not promoting D&E, and not “discriminating” against yt people.
I also look at contributions to each party. I guess I will not change my mind about Dick’s. I try to help companies who don’t contribute to Republicans. At least not more than to democrats.
A company called Dick's? The company was established by Richard “Dick” Stack in 1948, and has approximately 854 stores and 50,100 employees. Dick's is America's largest sporting goods retailer, and it is listed on the Fortune 500.
They're really good to their employees. We get all kinds of perks and amazing discounts, along with paid days off to go do fun stuff outside. It's not perfect, no company is, but it's pretty damn close.
It's like these assholes popped out of a history book. He's fucking it up to weaken us. He's trying to make it hard for anyone to resist. That money you think they're trying to save for the government, is just enough to pay for a civil war. They're making us pay for our own demise! Genius.
Sadly it's a short list. I only know of Costco and Dick's. And no doubt some lesser known businesses. Seems most are doing major suck ups to trump this time around.
This makes me so happy. My grandpa spent his career at GE and helped designed the first rocket launch panel. We've always bought GE appliances . I'm relieved we can maintain our family pride in the company
My company has regularly stated that we support inclusion, equality and a diverse workforce because we serve a diverse customer base. We know how to take care of our guests- it’s what we do. We welcome the world.

Don't be a Dick, Shop at Dick's
They have always fucked.
Go Shop at Dick's!

(Also I did “irony” using “runny” as a fun way of spelling it because Dick’s is a sporting goods store that sells running gear.
See what I did there? 😆)
I’ll show myself out
Thank goodness there's still some companies who believe in all people, not just people of a 'certain' background/color/sex.
Funny thin is there's a two story Dick's sporting goods not too far from me and my brother and I jokingly call it "Big Dick's"
You just made me a customer!
Nordstrom, after glancing over at a large troop of them—sporting sleeveless, beer-soaked flannel shirts and crocks—said: “Bitch, please. As if.”
