I think it's time to reverse the "fact check" protocol for Trump and Musk. Both are lazy about facts and willing to make baseless accusations against others. Rather than point out all the misstatements, why not call out the one or two things that are true and tell readers "the rest is not."

That would be better than repeating the errors/lies and then debunking them. Reiterating false information just drives it into people's memories. I wouldn't take that approach with most people, but those two have such a lengthy, pronounced record of making false accusations that it's warranted.
