the idea that you can be trespassed from your own rep's public meeting violates the constitution in about 8 different ways, not to mention the general spirit of the document's place in history
This. Booing is protected. Shaming is protected. But not if the Constitution isn't still in effect. And right now there's no one willing to enforce or guarantee it.
There’s a **general vibe** amongst the right wingers like MTG that they can act with impunity because they will be backed up by the J6 idiots. Same thing with opposition politicians feeling like their family will be hurt if they speak out. Not sure what the answer is other than more protests..
