Today is the day I will book a spring break trip for the family. I am putting this out there because I am super late in doing so, and I need ideas -- Caribbean, Florida, whatever--just needs to be near a beach and a place where the 13 yo kiddo won't get bored.
Give me ideas, people. I beg you.

It's big, but they seem to have fun stuff like ocean/wildlife experiences.

To get a bit of city and a bit of beach, Charleston and Kiawah combo.
(when my wife saw people in Scotland using windbreaks and trenches to be able to catch the sun without blowing away because it was spring break and they'd paid for the beach rental, I think she started to understand my childhood in a way that mere words wouldn't convey)
Beach, attractions nearby, good food, other teens if teen is into that
Happy to share my planning note if you’d like a jumping off point
It was relatively affordable, and the one we found had a kids club that includes 3yos which is relatively rare.
Will report back.
Not going to be an exciting few days, but it works for kids
You've got HHI and Tybee for beaches so you could hit multiple different ones. Tons to do in Savannah: ghost tours, shops, they have like 2 retro arcades last I checked, good food, shark tooth hunting trips, history tours, old forts, and ATL is a day trip if you want more.
Maybe some cool people you know like me, Muggsy, & JacketDan could show your kiddo the awesomness that is Georgia Tech, & Muggsy can demonstrate you can go to Tech and still cheer for uga. Keep him away from that other Tech
