Bloody Americans just can't use measurements, they constantly have to use comparisons to things. Like football-fields, or busses, or feet. And now they're measuring refrigerators with fridges.

the meteor one was especially wild because the 4 baby elephants wasn't about its actual weight...but about how many tons of TNT it would take to release the amount of energy given off by it exploding in the atmosphere.
