I’m on a new (to me) migraine medicine and it’s working (yay!) but it’s also making me wake up much earlier than I normally would. I’m not a fan. Unless I’m in one of the very active seasons of my life (rowing, biking) I don’t have any reason to be up at 5am. Let me have sleepy, squishy girl fall!

I wake up naturally (no alarm) around 5am, give or take half an hour. I don't claim any moral superiority but there have been times I felt very impatient waiting for the rest of the world to wake up.
