Pasta puttanesca but with dried salted sardine because I can’t afford the fancy canned anchovies. They have the same flavor profile but salted fish is a little more inconvenient. It does need to be soaked overnight so the flesh can dissolved as you fry it in olive oil. 🍽️🍜 #foodsky #青空ごはん部

Lemon pound cake time. I wish my oven was a little more even. When mixing in the wet stuff, it’s easy to panic because the lemon juice can make the butter/sugar split. It’ll be ok after adding the flour and the meringue back. 🍽️🍜 #foodsky #青空ごはん部
