I will not post anymore here. I don't feel my niche gets traction due to it being solely on mental health content. I am liking my own posts.😂 If you could please support mental health content please subscribe for free to my channel here: www.youtube.com/@2healingmin... Thank you💙

What is something you are fretting right now about our world and it is increasing your anxiety?😒

When I was clinically depressed, I felt completely lost. I didn’t know what help looked like or where to turn. Without a strong support system, the weight of it all was overwhelming.

No one will prioritize your mental health more than you. It’s not fair, but it’s reality. Take the steps, no matter how small, to care for yourself, because you deserve it.💛

I understand sometimes this may be hard to see in your struggle. You feel defeated and exhausted, but hopefully can one day get to this state. It doesn't have to be huge, but it can be in bits, one day at a time. #mentalhealth 💚

No matter what, you can start over again in your 50s. This can apply to anything. Not everyone has the same job from their 20s, same relationship/marriage, same kids 🤣(this one was for humor), same house, same hobbies, same friends, advancing every decade with abundance.

Yesterday I shared a short video instructing how to do boxed breathing. Today I provide this link to practice for nine minutes. I did this earlier to calm my mind as I also have stressful moments like you.🌻

If someone (friend or family member) vanished during your darkest days and showed they didn't care, why would you want them in your better times? If you improve your mental health and stop struggling just to stay alive, don't expect a different outcome. Why reconnect when they didn't care then?

You may not know what is boxed breathing. I certainly did not know, until my therapist shared it with me. I also understand it is a conscious decision to use it when necessary, but recommended daily regardless if you have a good or bad day.

People tend to care most about what affects them personally. If they’ve never relied on disability benefits, had a veteran in the family, or faced a terminal illness, those issues might not even cross their mind.
