The only people who have enabled the GOP are those who voted for them.

What a load of tired irrelevant crap. Okay then. You don’t like Democrats, you get Republicans. If you don’t see the difference you’re not paying attention, Boris.

Do you want to tax the wealthy? A large Democratic party majority is your only chance. If you want more oligarchy, by all means continue to bash Democrats.
comment in response to

Are you talking about Democrats? Look, if the vast majority of Dems had their way, we'd have universal healthcare, universal childcare, a much lower military budget, a healthy safety net for those who need it the most, etc. etc. If you couldn't bring yourself to vote for Harris, you get Trump.

And btw fuck off. I’m sick of a-holes like you looking for any way to blame Democrats for what Republicans do.

How do you expect me to know you’re Canadian. And no. You’re full of shit. Republicans are responsible for everything happening right now. Yes democrats aren’t perfect. So what? You’re probably the kind of person who blames the woman for being raped.

Hey I get it. Just be honest and admit you’re part of the reason Trump is president.

I guess you got what you wanted. The world’s going to hell.

Come on now. You yourself are part of the reason we’re here. Anyone who for any reason couldn’t bring themselves to vote for Harris is part of this.

I could’ve sworn Lincoln was running a war against Confederates, not Americans.

I thought he was crazy. Now it appears that he’s also evil. And, yes. His family warned us.

A lot of Kara Swisher bashing going on around here. She used to think musk was cool. So did a lot of people.

Personally I’d like a detailed explanation on how we’re going to become slaves. Could be good for laughs.

Is this photo for real? He looks horrible, worse than his usual horrible.

Yes. It’s the FO part.

Real tough guy too, as he slinks to the back wall letting his aides stand in front while bravely kicks down.

The rates aren't reciprocal and don't make sense because they rely on trade deficit which isn't necessarily relevant. I've read Taiwan duties are averaging 6.25%. Trump says his 'reciprocal' tariff is 32%. That makes no sense. This is all BS to set up a gangster-style system of bending for favors.

Sheesh, what a buzzkill... seriously though, until we find a way to get rid of Citizens United, this will be a recurring challenge.

The left's long-con on the courts??!! As someone has already pointed out on Bluesky, the last time a majority of justices on the Supreme Court were nominated by Democrats was 1969. As usual, Musk thinks he's smart, but doesn't know what he's talking about.

Do the residents of tornado alley, mostly Trump supporters, realize that he's made their lives much more exciting in the very worst way?

RFK Jr. lied through his teeth to get this job. I thought he was just nuts, but it turns out he's also very, very evil. Every jackass who fell for his act should be ashamed of themselves.

Are there any Trump voters who would like to take a stab at explaining why all our traditional allies got tariffs, but Russia got none?

And Republicans would like to prevent George Soros from buying radio stations.

Harris Faulkner? It's a testament to the delusions of today's Republicans that they still listen to anything that shameless hack says.

Elliot Page is an adult. Trans adults make up about 0.5% of our population. Why are conservatives so hysterical over how less than 1% of American adults choose to live their lives?
comment in response to

True. Just about half. It’s tragic. And it happened twice. Two times we had the opportunity to elect an incredibly competent and experienced woman and about half of us chose a monster instead.

There we go people! Sure, they may be flushing our Constitution down the toilet, but at least they're doing something about flavored vapes. Huzzah!!

Roger Taney - John Roberts. What's the difference? Finally, Taney has a Chief Justice who might even be worse for the republic than he was. Taney's celebrating in hell.

It's either a strange form of insanity or some really shameless lying. Could be both.

Google it for yourself. 8 out of the 10 states with the highest homicide rates are red states. Hint: it has a lot to do with gun laws.
comment in response to

If that were true, we'd see higher violent crime rates in liberal areas. But the highest violent crime rates tend to be in red states. What do you make of that?

Florida makes me sick. Are they insane? They're electing people who are literally ruining their lives.

Again, because this seems easy for people to forget, both his parents died of Alzheimer-related health problems. Both of his parents had Alzheimer's and that is the number one predictor of dementia from that disease. So, of course he's exhibiting signs of cognitive decline.

Exactly. Sue Musk and his group, bring her into court, and put her under oath. Explain the ramifications of a perjury conviction and ask her again.

I guess it's possible that he was lying to the American public about bringing the costs of goods and services down. How could anyone have guessed that he was lying?

As a California citizen who has voted for him more than once, right now he's dead to me. The only way I'll ever vote for him is if the other candidate is much worse (and that's what he's probably banking on), but it's depressing to watch him show himself to be so damn low.

Remember, everyone! Noem and Trump are representing working people and Democrats are the 'elites'.
comment in response to

I suppose you'd rather watch Democrats just stare off into space while Musk makes a mockery of our elections. And no. No one person has come close to what Musk has poured into this election.
