If/when the government shuts down, the Sanders flank should try and have a big mutual aid organization to provide help to the federal workers without a salary. "These groceries were provided by supporters of Bernie Sanders" or something.

The problem is that no matter how obviously stupid their plan is or how bad of a job they do, there's going to be legions of sycophants insisting that democrats are doing a great job and that if we open up an 8th grade civics textbook we'd all understand.

Start today, and from now on buy as little as you can from the least shitty people possible. A one day protest won't change the world. Boycotts have to be sustained.

Buy nothing today, and from now on but as little as possible from the least shitty people available. Shifting your purchases by one day literally doesn't deny them any money.

The boycott can't just take place tomorrow, it has to START tomorrow. If you shift your spending over by a day, you literally don't deprive them of any money. Boycotts have to be sustained.
