So it naturally balances. I think.

I’ve lead my life and decisions by the pursuit of spending as much time as possible in the land of the unexamined minute. Which makes me immature and kind of selfish. But that state of mind and goal is mostly overidden by a sense of responsibility and an overwhelming desire to please others…

and anticipating things to happen in a certain way. They affect our individual perception of time while both are the same unit of time, the difference has completely different proportional impacts on our happiness.

I’ve been thinking about the examined minute vs. the unexamined minute. Immersive physical and emotional experiences that erase the perception/conscience examination of a minute, as opposed to the minutes we spend waiting for something to happen, expecting and hoping for something to happen…
