"Trans healthcare" is a good, descriptive, and politically important term. They are coming for trans people. They are trying to stop trans people having healthcare. They want to wipe us out. This isn't about them attacking "affirmation" or "gendered care".

The GC canard that we should "record biological sex at birth" to solve issues of trans healthcare and screening is fatal. We need pathways to put trans people on to the appropriate screening pathways when we develop phenotypic/biological risk factors for sex differentiated disease.

Both transfems and transmascs on HRT need mamography as we age. It's not even a question of gender identity vs biological sex. Doing screening by sex categorisation *does not work* for trans people.
