That was fantastically written. Thank you very much for the perspective.

Didn't realize we were arguing, but yes, we are on the same side here. I hadn't heard about Elon rigging voting machines. I have my doubts

So "raise a little hell" even when you know you lost? That is loser behavior. The Dems absolutely need to fight like never before but not with republican big lie tactics. Come at 'em with Big Truth maybe

That's what I'm saying. Both of them lost in fair, legitimate and open elections. Kamala knew it and didn't raise a little hell because that's what adults do. They accept defeat, no matter how bitter, gracefully. Unlike Don Trump.

Because she lost, fair and square, just like Trump did in 2020. It's not suspicious at all.

He plans to make good on the get out of jail free card given him by the Supreme Court. Just say "national security" or "look at me, I'm saving the country" and he is home free. They thought no president would abuse the power given by their stupid ruling. They forgot they who they were dealing with.

What a shock to find out that a B team fox news morning show host is unprofessional and not up to the job of representing us on the world stage. He must be writing this junk himself. These lines slayed with his dimwit fox compadres.

Yeah I did see that they are counting people who watched on nontraditional platforms, which would give them a boost, but eyeballs are eyeballs, right?

It would be utterly ridiculous to cut them out, but Trump is extremely lazy and always seeks the easiest way out. He doesn't want protracted negotiations because he's on a phony election promise timeline, AND he doesn't want anyone other than the Russians to know the real details of his deal.

You may be slightly off on the charges, but yeah, the documents definitely would prove obstruction of justice at a mininum.

He really doesn't. He won the election, and now he's just a bored troll. He has no interest in real policy or governing. He likes campaigning by trolling his opponents, saying whatever wild shit comes to mind, and cashing in.

She's great. I heard her on The Bulwark podcast with Tim Miller recently. Really smart.

Likewise an old school Knicks fan. I used to obsessively draw pictures of Clyde Frazier and styled my pitiful game after Earl Monroe when he showed up. But those great teams were considered outliers, paragons. Not everyone played like them

I like the women's game (absolutely a new opinion, he said sheepishly) . I see a ton if ball movement on the good NBA teams, even if it ends up being around the horn to the open 3 point shooter. Team ball us emphasized on the successful teams.

I disagree with most of that. The 70s NBA was a noted no defense, gunner league. Every era has had guys with outsized egos who rubbed "fans" the wrong way. But they are unquestionably more talented now. 7 footers taking and making 3s? Playing point center? All bigger, faster, stronger?

Oh I see you are a Fever fan. I will allow the Caitlin love. She's great, I love her game but the WNBA is not on a par with the NBA

Nope.

Weak how? I agree that there are way too many threes, and it can be annoying to watch, but the players now are way more talented across the board than they were, I am guessing the 80s you are referring to? The game is not weak. Maybe nove the arc back for a fix.
