I was resistant to watching it, because I cannot stand the "blame the victim" position that so many take: you ate wrong, you moved wrong, etc. But they did a good job at pulling back the curtain. The msg that bad things happen even if you do everything "right" needs to get out. Science is the way.

I am guessing they have only gotten to the part that shows private companies will be more "efficient" than government. I will be devastated if I cannot elect traditional medicare and am forced into a MA plan.

I have a very small company and I would rather have a single payer system so I don't have any administrative or financial role in my employees health care. But... if I have to choose a private option, a non-profit union option would be very interesting.
