Wait! This isn't The Onion?

They need to order the companies that fly the planes to cease and desist in this illegal operation. The administration won't care but hauling the airlines into court might make a difference.

Dems will never unite if they hate people for what we drive. I am progressive and I bought a Tesla 4 years ago to reduce my carbon footprint. At that point the right hated us. Now the left hates us. If you don't like them, fine, don't buy one. But hating us that have them is ignorant and intolerant.

That's good. But I will really gain respect for McMaster is when he calls out his fellow Regressive's lies.

I think the pain is in the stock value loss. He's made his money with the production sale. But thank you. I do have the T crossed out with tape.

So I have owned a Tesla and have reduced my carbon footprint dramatically since 2021. How is my selling my car going to hurt Musk. It won't. Any dealer is just going to resell them. Protest at dealerships. Sell your stock if you have any. But Musk has so much goddam money he will not care.

Of course if they take a trade-in of a Tesla they are going to resell it. Taking a beating by selling your Tesla is not hurting Musk. If people don't want to drive them because of the affiliation, that's one thing. Selling it to hurt Musk is a bit of a stretch.

He does blow.

Thank you. I like this term "firming." We need more innovation on storage.

Out of the box, eh? What about the millions of city dwellers living in apartments and townhomes? I like to try and find solutions for everyone. In Switzerland they use tunnels in the mountains to store water for hydro. It works quite well.

Utilities need to provide power at all times. So if you want utilities to switch to renewables, then the costs must include devices at grid scale that allow renewables to be used at any time. And we just elected a climate denying felon. Most homeowners are apparently not that smart.

I don't believe I explained my question well enough for you to understand it. I know renewables are cheaper to produce. But to utilize them at any time, (such as using solar energy at night,) it requires storage. Does this analysis include the cost of storage? Utilities need that robustness.
comment in response to post
I am all for renewables. But I wonder if that cost for renewables includes storage costs to make solar and wind equivalent to Fossil and nuclear. Does the source include that info?

Free Speech, Baby!!

I'm sorry, but why does he get a choice? You break the law you do the time. The fine will mean little to him.

Uh, DUHHHH!!!

Dems need to drive through, rather than fly over.

If they really do carbon capture I am thinking that the electricity is going to be very expensive and renewables and batteries will be far cheaper.

Further proof that Elon is not really for free speech, which the ACLU works to protect. He just wants to propagandize.

I can hear folks trying to make sure they only make $199,900 cuz they need that free tuition.

That's one way to get rid of your best employees.

How do you use a 2018 manufactured vehicle in a study of 2017 fatalities? "Only cars from model years 2018-2022 in crashes that resulted in occupant fatalities between 2017 and 2022 (the latest year data was available) were included in the analysis."
