Next time if you leave Oakland before 5am and don't stop for anything you'll beat most of the traffic even with chain control. Won't help if there is an early morning spin out but at least you have a fighting chance.
Or go on midweek days without chain control.

None of these guys seemed to care that I took their photo, plus they are nearly unrecognizable.
I find 99% of the time people don't care if you take their photo unless they are living in the street, which I get and try to avoid.

So basically the federal government is now a tech company and we can expect layoffs every 6 to 12 months.
