I can't remember who compared waste in government to breakages in pubs - but I liked the analogy.
It's very hard to save much by reducing breakages despite the fact that breakages definitely happen.

Things change. Audiobooks are increasing in popularity and are not short. YouTube videos just keep getting longer, as do podcasts. Seems like young people may be changing where to pay attention.
