I'm not that into big trucks, to put it mildly, but the batteries in EV pickups are kind of insane energy resources. The problem with a lot of ocean "exploitation" is that it's like mining a human for calcium. Yes, a human body contains ~1kg of calcium, and you could take it out, but it's already doing quite a lot of useful things, and the human has far more potential to help you if you leave the calcium alone.

It is going to be many decades before the improvment in PV efficiency slows down, and for the same reason PV has MUCH more runway than wind for continued costs reduction. I happen to think solar could get as a cheap as $2/MWh (yes MWh!). I had an old thread on X about why, will port it over soon.
