The headlines SHOULD say something along the lines of: For second time, Trump violates the law to help Putin, this time in bid to end democracy.

Unconstitutional. Appropriations bills are laws. If the president is not bound by them, he can make laws by fiat and is acting like a dictator. No Democrat can vote for any appropriations or debt ceiling bill while this is happening.

Don’t fall for Elon Musk’s smoke screen. What he doesn’t want you to know is that there’s a fix to extend Social Security’s solvency: end the tax cap. Billionaires like him reach the cap on New Year’s Day. Let them contribute all year long like the rest of us. Problem solved.

No country - no country in their right mind will *EVER* sign a treaty with the US that matters and expect us to keep it. Trump has nuked US Foreign Policy for GENERATIONS.

I’ve been suggesting on TV and podcasts—without actual evidence(!)—that it may turn out that DOJ will wind up not having enough lawyers to defend all the lawsuits challenging this administration’s illegal conduct. Turns out it seems already to be true. 👉

Michelle Obama: Kids should have nutritious meals. The pro-life party: This is an outrage! RFK Jr: Kids should have measles, mumps, and polio. The pro-life party: Yes, king! Tell it like it is!

Starlink, Space X, Tesla and X are both economic and political vehicles created not just to enrich but empower their owner. He is an ignorant, racist, rogue, narcissist who supports America's enemies and an anti-democratic, white supremacist agenda. Supporting those companies in any way at all...

How much Elon Musk makes from the government a day: $8 million. How much a senior on Social Security gets a day: $65 Guess which budget Musk and Trump want to cut?

I believe he is a danger to our nation, a threat to our safety, careless with our people, and reckless with his power. I believe America is less secure, less diverse, less compassionate, and less decent under his leadership. I will not obey him. johnpavlovitz.substack.com/p/i-do-not-o...

This is fascism.

JUST IN: The 1st Circuit Court of appeals has *denied* the Trump administration's emergency motion to block a court order that ordered agencies to lift their spending freeze.

“The rule of law is a beacon”: A Reagan appointee in Seattle ruling against the Trump administration in the birthright citizenship case megaphone.link/SLT1263175437

This is so awful. Trump’s proposed imperialist land grab from devastated people is repackaged as a “development plan.”

Sen. Van Hollen: Elon Musk is the richest man in the world shutting down the CFPB, the bureau that returned billions of dollars to the American people. Dollars they had been cheated out of by corporations that engaged in fraud

“They didn’t assault.” That Trump is allowed to deny the reality we saw with our eyes on Jan 6th, that is on tape!, & just ramble on with lie after lie, is a total indictment of our failed media industry. How reporters can just stand there as he says this stuff is beyond me. Have some self respect!

I don’t know that it’s the primary factor, but at least part of what makes Republicans mad about ASL signers in broadcasts is the infantile rage they feel when literally anything is not for them.

Just a reminder: the draft-dodger saluting during the anthem thinks our Veterans and Troops are suckers and losers. Never forget.

Today, I filed a lawsuit seeking to end Elon Musk’s access to the Treasury Department’s central payment system. I will not allow Trump & Musk to use government efficiency as a smokescreen to slash funding to anything and everything that doesn’t align with their political agenda.

Court summons has been issued to the US Department of Justice in the lawsuit filed against the agency by a group of FBI agents The agents, who remain anonymous, are seeking court intervention to prevent the disclosure of list of approx. 5,000 agents who worked on Jan. 6 cases

I can’t.

Passing on a note from a colleague: People with federal student loans should download their files IMMEDIATELY. These files are currently on the studentaid.gov website, which may get deleted if Trump follows through with his EO to shut down DOE

Fire Elon Musk. Use every legislative, judicial, and public pressure tactic at our disposal until we get it done.

This is Bolt. He's just wondering when dinner is. No rush though. 12/10

The REAL reason the NAZI wants to Shut down USAID👇👇👇👇 “USAID is a criminal organization. Time for it to die,” Musk posted

Andy Kim warning about Trump illegally shutting down USA Federal Agencies youtube.com/shorts/-m9ez...

USAID is a criminal organization,” Mr. Musk wrote on Sunday in a social media post that many aid workers saw as confirmation the agency would soon be absorbed into the State Department and that some viewed as a potential threat to their personal safety. “Time for it to die.” THIS HAS TO STOP.

www.politico.com/news/2025/02... the courts for now are holding !

You can fire every single person who prosecuted January 6th you can delete all the files, but we who brought our cameras 🎥📹🎞️🎬 will always hold you accountable.

The thing about presidential immunity is that it applies to the *president,* not his minions.

At OPM, Musk’s staffers won’t leave—they work around the clock and have even installed sofa beds in the office. Our access to data systems has been restricted, raising serious concerns about cybersecurity and a complete lack of oversight. We are keeping our heads down and documenting everything.

Among the many avenues Democrats need to be pushing *now* is: Trump, Musk, and their Republican enablers just compromised the personal and financial info of every American. This isn't hyperbole; it already happened. They broke all the cybersecurity protocols and are concealing what they're doing.

Remember: The tariffs aren’t about economics, and DOGE isn’t about fiscal responsibility. They are both about ••psychopathology**.

Economic determinism in politics is a cherished myth that refuses to die

A former colleague once told me they assessed someone's character based on whether they could entrust them with their kids in an emergency. My colleague's visceral methodology was certainly unique. I think of that now due to the #PutinMuskAdministration's armada of depraved predatory assclowns.

Attacking DEI is racism. Period. It’s also sexism. Ableism. And a lot of other things. But mainly, at its heart, it’s white supremacist racist code. The attacks should never ever be presented as anything else.

The reason the MAGA regime are putting so much effort in corruptly pushing/forcing people in federal govt to voluntarily resign from their positions such as hostile work environments or threats is because it’s illegal to outright fire them in most cases. The death of US democracy.

January 13th, 1943 "Terrible things are happening outside. Poor helpless people are being dragged out of their homes. Families are torn apart. Men, women, and children are separated. Children come home from school to find their parents have disappeared." -Anne Frank, The Diary of a Young Girl

Trump put a freeze on hiring air traffic controllers and, on Musk’s instruction, fired the FAA chief early without replacing him. This should be the only thing Dems are saying today. They should all be out on media saying this.

If you are a federal worker being offered a buyout, I would advise against taking it. Of course, this is a personal decision for everyone and it’s your choice. But these offers are a rush job. The legality is questionable and this admin does not keep to its word. They aren’t firing for a reason.

“Forget the myths the media's created about the White House. The truth is, these are not very bright guys, and things got out of hand.”

This is the future. The history of Trump is illegal order pulled back followed by slightly less illegal but still illegal order followed by still illegal but constitutionally plausible order eventually rubber stamped by his Supreme Court.

Chris Murphy on why Dems must fight Trump harder: “This has been a red-alert moment for weeks—now no one can deny it. For my colleagues that didn’t want to cry wolf, the wolf is literally chomping at our leg right now.” Talked to Murphy for this new piece on Dems: newrepublic.com/article/1908...

Jim Acosta announces on air that he's leaving CNN and says, "it is never a good time to bow down to a tyrant ... don't give in to the lies."

Saw a "Democratic strategist" say "we have to earn people's trust back." Just mind-boggling that so many don't understand how this works. Did voters in 2024 say "I trust the Republican Party"? No. They were mad at those in power. Democrats have to get them mad at Republicans. It's not complicated.

If you are a federal employee, it is advised to set your social media accounts to private to prevent outside viewership, as reports suggest that loyalty screenings have begun.

Now they own him. Between corruption, incompetence and foul personal behavior, they’ll have a lot to own.  Coincidence that DOD Inspector General gets fired just as he comes in? www.cnn.com/2025/01/24/p...
