So Trump will take credit for the stock market jump that will only happen, and was only necessary, because he pulled his head out of his ass for a moment. The stock market tanked because a old senile man wouldn’t budge from a policy based on some random thing he heard on Fox News 20 years ago

We need to start living in a world where reporters follow up. Maybe, saying something like “I’m sorry I was asking about the Epstein files not JFK. Could you please address my question?“ so far, there are no consequences to his ridiculous dissembling.

Amazing. It feels like every company Elon Musk has been involved in would have been better off financially if Elon Musk had not been involved with them.

My feeling is that this is obviously important but is being used by Trump as a distraction. Every commentator who spends time on this story, where his base supports him, is not devoting resources to the incredible damage his tariffs are doing to the US economy. He’s directing your outrage.

Or… new leadership that offers the American middle class hope for the future. Trump won because he promised to make their lives better. He lied. But Democrats can win by making promises to do the same thing, and keeping those promises.

They failed to provide leadership at a time when we desperately needed to show the American people a difference between the two parties. Trump is a virus, and Biden refusing to step down provided the vector that allowed the virus to take hold.

If Joe was “just fine” he would have been able to perform at the debate last year instead of looking like a confused old man. That debate debacle set in motion everything that followed.

Give me a break. Biden was a “Weekend at Bernie’s” president and you know it. Jill Biden failed her country by putting her feelings about Joe ahead of the national interest. Clooney’s only mistake was not speaking up earlier while we still had time to correct course.

You’re chasing the decoy again. Trump is intentionally raising this issue in the discussion so the media is distracted from his tariff insanity. You are playing into his hands!

Joe Biden (or rather Jill Biden and his top advisors) are directly responsible for the mess we’re in now. If he’d stepped aside earlier, we would’ve had a chance of mounting a campaign that could beat Trump. Our fate was sealed the minute they let a senile old president step on a debate stage

And I am not saying the issues don’t MATTER, i’m saying they don’t matter to the 50% of the country that voted him into office. He’s playing rope n dope with democrats wearing us out with punches that do nothing to weaken him.

The American people know Trump hates immigrants. They still voted for him. In part he does things like this to keep you focused on the issues that don’t matter to his base. Smarten up!!!!

I don’t know who said it, I only know that he’s smart. This is exactly what is happening. If you can’t understand the Trump playbook by now you’re never going to get it. He is outplaying folks like who are addicted to outrage….

Americans don’t care about cruelty, about dictatorship, or even about their fellow citizens. It’s only when they feel the pain in their own pocketbook that they take notice.

There is no resistance, and never will be, to any of this shite. This will not stop until the great unwashed realize that he’s taking food off their tables. But because they are all so stupid, that could take a long long time.

That’s the whole diabolical plan. Trump crashes the market, waits till it hits bottom, buys, and then reverses himself. He did it on a smaller scale in New York, just going bigger for the world’s most audacious market rigging ever.

So the people who put Trump in office are going to suffer the worst from his idiotic decisions? You call it a red rural recession, I call it karma.

Jesus Christ on a crutch. Over and over again these a$$holes who put themselves out there as the most aggressive and viral men act like frightened little babies when they run into trouble. The ones who think they’re the strongest are in reality the weakest.

@nbcnews.com @abcnewslive.bsky.social @cbsnews.com will all spend less time talking about this insane bizarre and actual breach of national security then they did about “Hillary‘s emails“. National media is complicit in the destruction of our democracy. We are so screwed.

The pee tape was just like everything else, a confusing distraction to keep folks from focusing on the real issue: Trump’s businesses are heavily in debt to Russian banks, who provided loans nobody else would so Putin would own and have free use of his orange ass.

This guy can go f himself. As can the seniors who voted for Trump and will see Medicare and Social security cuts and MAGA farmers who will see farm subsidies evaporate faster than piss on a hot sidewalk. #FAFO

I think the American people have voted and now we just have to let the American people see the results of their idiocy. Nothing’s going to happen until national parks close down, tax refund checks failed to arrive, and farmers find their subsidies slashed. #FAFO is another word for karma.

Nope. Just saying that for years liberals have “won” the social media war with a combination of humor, sarcasm, and intelligence. And Trump won the White House. We need to find another way to fight, cause this ain’t working.
