I've never voted Liberal before, but this time is different. The threat is existential. I won't support a conservative Trump wannabe or a third party with no real chance of governing. I'm voting for Carney. He seems like the only credible option right now, and the government needs a strong mandate.

What you describe in your editorial is simply revolting, for lack of a harsher word. However, it seems everything will continue as usual at the NEJM. Wow! Truly, a bold decision in the face of the expected harm… I expected more from the medical community.
