Attached table from ECCC provides some detailed stats for November. Above normal everywhere, but a record warm month for NE NB. PEI was the wettest; Halifax & Yarmouth driest. Snowfall isn't on this table, but it was well below normal.

Halifax has had below normal rainfall for every month since April. Conservation advice for Dartmouth: halifaxwater.ca/alert/lake-m... Elsewhere folks have dry wells. First half Nov very dry in W Maritimes (~60mm is normal). The outlook is for heavy rain in the east over the next 7 days.
