Birmingham is a filthy city at the best of times unfortunately. Look at the are around Selly Oak, litter everywhere, trolleys in the canal so deep they poke out the water. Is Birmingham the least green city in England?

Sorry but this argument about cheaper alternatives is a busted flush. It costs much more, maintenance is nearly impossible and ultimately discourages people to go green through higher bills.
