Interestingly we (EU) have no problem to import Argentinian beef... cause it is really good and certified to be produced without excessive use of antibiotics or abusing the environment... so I guess it isn't about the beef quality.

Was auch viel helfen würde wäre mehr bei Schwarzarbeit durchzugreifen... das ist immer noch ein "Kavaliersdelikt".
Und nicht selten sind es die, die am meisten Meckern oder "alternativ wählen", die dann selbst Handwerker ohne Rechnung beschäftigen.

Ich bezog mich nicht auf den Unternehmens-Gewinn, sondern auf die Gewinn-Entnahme der Unternehmer (und Vermieter, Erben,...). Musste zu stark kürzen.
Denn Unternehmens-Gewinne werden schon besteuert... und das trifft leider nur kleine und mittlere Unternehmen, weshalb eine Erhöhung schlecht wäre.

Weil Unternehmen nur ein "Organismus" von Menschen sind. Wenn du Unternehmen besteuerst zahlen das am Ende auch Menschen.
Was du evtl. meinst ist, dass du Unternehmer besteuern willst. Was pauschal aber auch dämlich wäre.. also evtl. Gewinne besteuern - das wäre tatsächlich eine valide Überlegung

Die Grünen werden noch Ihre Werte berücksichtigt haben wollen und dann zustimmen. Sie wissen natürlich, wie gut ihre Verhandlungsposition ist.

Da fehlt ja auch der Steuerungseffekt ("die kleine Hürde nicht wegen jedem Schnupfen oder dem Kater am Montag krank zu sein"), wenn da erst am Jahresende ne Zahl rauskommt.
Die Idee den ersten Krankheitstag nicht voll zu erstatten halte ich für zielführender... 75% AG / 25% AN oder so.

Das mit dem Nachkorrigieren des erworbenen Urlaubsanspruchs halte ich für unrealistisch. Die Personalabteilungen sind heute schon überfordert am Jahresende der Resturlaube nachzuverfolgen. Da noch die Krankentage berücksichtigt? Was kommt da raus: Der MA hat noch 2,67 Tage Urlaub?

Diese Teil-Krankschreibung wäre auch etwas bei kranken Kindern (zu deren Pflege kann man sich ja auch Krankschreiben lassen - das macht bei uns fast die Mehrheit der Krankschreibungen aus).
Ein Elternteil bleibt daheim und ist nur Teilzeit verfügbar.

Ehrlich gesagt - bis vor einigen Wochen konnte ich mit dem Begriff auch nichts anfangen. Und ich bin jünger, als Merz.
In der Zeit, wo ich evtl. mit weichen Drogen in Berührung kam gab es den Begriff noch nicht. Und die Musik, die den Begriff in DE wohl bekannt gemacht hat hör ich halt auch nicht.

Auch, wenn die Zahlen stimmen sollten - das Wachstum ist durch die Kriegswirtschaft und die durch die Inflation finanziert. Das ist nicht nachhaltig, denn das Meißte, was da produziert wird, wird kurz darauf in der Ukraine zerstört oder verschossen.

Nothing really can compete: a heat-pump has an efficiency of 300-500%. Which sounds unrealistic at first glance - but efficiency in this case is calculated by energy invested to produce heating-energy.
So the heat-pump only uses 1W of electical energy to pump 3-5W of heat into your house.

Den ersten Tag halte ich für zu viel.. aber z.B. den ersten Krankheitstag erstattet man nur halb (50/50)? Da ginge mancher mit Kater doch arbeiten, aber wirklich Kranke würden erträglich "bestraft".

Also so ganz unverständlich finde ich das ehrlich gesagt nicht. Und ich bin auch angestellt und Betriebsrat.
Es ist abzuwägen, dass Arbeitnehmer natürlich nicht ernsthaft krank ins Büro kommen, sondern möglichst schnell gesunden sollen... andererseits kann ich auch die AG verstehen.
