"DOGE is led by Elon Musk, a wealthy tech executive who is, as a matter of constitutional law, a random asshole with no authority to override Congress."
Can we etch this in marble in the capital? Skywrite it over DC daily? I may start embroidering it on pillows and sending it to electeds.

American exceptionalism is the bill of goods they sold you so that you wouldn't realize that other countries give workers rights, reasonable minimum wages, and health care that isn't job dependent.

To the extent there are any questions, the government is also required to inform the court of who would be able to testify in court as to the questions.
The government is also ordered to turn over any directives or guidance since the TRO relating to the relevant funding.

BREAKING: Without limiting any of the original terms of the TRO in the State/USAID funding cases before Judge Amir Ali, Ali grants plaintiffs motion to enforce the TRO.
By 11:59p Wednesday, gov't defendants are to pay all of the obligations as of the Feb. 13 TRO.

Finally, I did not write historical romances for all these years to let people think that duels don’t have rules.
BRING THE RULES TO YOUR GUNFIGHTS
Please and thank you.

We, the people, are the goddamn rule book. We always have been. And if we stick to it, instead of giving up, we will prevail.

I am going to be at the gun fights, shouting out that if you are born in this country, you are a citizen, period.
And if we are going to get out of this thing it will be because people like you and me refuse to let go of it.

I’m not a gun fighter.
I am a person who believes in principles.
If we are going to keep ourselves from unending rounds of gun fights, by GOD we are going to have to keep bringing our rule books to the gun fights.

I have literally said this before! On this very account!
But in the long run, if you don’t start protecting the rules, the gun fights just devolve.
I know we are in for a long ass gun fight. I can’t shoot for shit.

So we’ve already had the snide “don’t you realize you’re bringing a rule book to a gun fight” comment, and bitch, yes I do realize that.
I know that SCOTUS doesn’t mean shit and even if they did, Trump doesn’t have to listen.
