A university student wouldn’t expect to graduate after attending just a few lectures. Progress takes time. If you’re on the right path and consistently working toward your goals, you’re exactly where you need to be. Don’t let self doubt distract you from the journey.

Seeing a lot of good form in the gym today. Beautiful stuff.

I already feel myself turning into a James Clear disciple. Atomic Habits & the Atoms App excite me more than they probably should…

It’s incredible how often staying true to my values has paid off. Kindness, honesty, and integrity always win, even when it doesn’t seem that way at first.

I would love to start learning another language but I’m not sure what 🤔 I have a foundational understanding of German but I was learning that for an ex which seems… weird to continue? Maybe French or Dutch as I’d like to use my EU passport to work/live there one day. Thoughts?

Please keep in mind that social media often shows only the glossy side of people’s lives. I wish I didn’t contribute to this facade, but I mostly post about personal development rather than my struggles. Like most, however, they are ever-present.

Tell me your number #1 MUST read book in the personal development genre 👇🏻

Absolutely hated it 😂

I only ever seem to meditate in the evening, I associate it with winding down & relaxing. Does anyone have good experiences from a morning or midday practice?

Finally regaining my confidence, my spark, and what makes me, me. After years of feeling lost and like a shadow of myself. There’s still a long way to go, but I’m so happy to be on a path that finally feels authentic.

I love Ryan Holiday & I love this book. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Ryan’s work at this particular stage of my life.

Remove yourself from every social media platform that no longer serves you. The ones that prey on your insecurities, fuel your self doubt, and thrive on comparison. The ones that pull you away from real life.

I think everyone should have a mantra, a phrase to call upon in difficult or uncertain times. It’s a way to focus and recentre, like pausing to notice your breath but with deeper emotional connection.

I feel so excited to have found reading. 31 years old and I’m only just exploring books & realising their worth. I have so much to read!

Mindfulness feels like the antithesis of the digital age. Apps like Instagram and TikTok rely on keeping their audience unaware.

Ego is the enemy by Ryan Holiday is a wonderful book that has me questioning myself at every page. Beautifully written & accessible.

Our brains naturally justify our actions, it feels safe and protective. But real growth comes from challenging ourselves and questioning our processes.

The instant admiration I feel for those who openly admit their flaws is a testament to the paradox that accepting one’s failures is a true sign of strength.

I always thought I was an incredibly kind & genuine person who tried super hard to help those I love, the more I learn, the more I read, the more I realise my self worth & security has been tied to how helpful I feel like I can be. A difficult but ultimately a very important understanding.

Completely and utterly fallen head over heels in love with reading

Gonna stay of socials for a little while as I navigate an important few weeks. Peace & love ❤️

ISO compassionate, heart centered beings who believe in the power of humanity, connection, empathy, and love 🩵🪽✨

My ability to thrive through hardship has absolutely sky rocketed since adopting daily mindfulness

I now have a weekly life coach! Exciting. I could not be more optimistic.

Things are really starting to come together. I’m really proud of the man I’m becoming.

Remember, being right and doing what’s right are often two very different things. Being right has its place, but it shouldn’t come at the expense of others or to feed one’s ego.

What book changed your life & why?

Absolutely nobody on this earth is perfect. That is fine. What we can be however Is self aware. Aware of the ways we fall short & a desire to change those aspects of ourselves. It may require you to drop the ego, but you never needed that anyway.

Progress not perfection
